Centuries ago, the noble families of Modena traditionally chose Fiorano as their holiday destination. From Fiorano, they could easily venture into a gentle landscape marked by fable-like coves or reach the city of Spezzano, renowned to this day for its 19th century mansions and its ancient castle, whose construction dates back to the 14th century.
